The spirit of StudyBits

StudyBits is a workspace where teams turn their knowledge into learning. These guidelines keep that space useful, accurate, and safe for everyone in your organization. They apply to content created, shared, or assigned within StudyBits.

Be respectful

Training and answers reach your whole team. Keep content professional and inclusive. Harassment, discrimination, and demeaning material have no place in a StudyBits workspace.

Keep it accurate

StudyBits grounds generated content in your sources, but you're the expert. Review AI drafts before publishing, cite where appropriate, and keep connected knowledge current so answers stay trustworthy.

Keep it secure

Only connect knowledge your organization is permitted to use, and share courses and presentations with the people who should see them. Respect the access controls your administrators set.

What's not allowed

  • Uploading content you don't have the rights to, or that violates others' privacy.
  • Using StudyBits to create misleading, unlawful, or harmful material.
  • Attempting to bypass security, access controls, or another workspace's data.
  • Sharing credentials or impersonating colleagues.

Reporting a concern

If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, contact your workspace administrator or email trust@studybits.com. We review reports promptly and take appropriate action.
