It applies to visitors to our marketing site and to users of the StudyBits application.
What we collect

- Account information you provide when you register or book a demo.
- Content you create in StudyBits, including courses, prompts, and presentations.
- Connected knowledge from sources your administrators choose to integrate.
- Usage and device data collected automatically as you use the product.
How we use it
We use the information to provide, secure, and improve StudyBits; to ground AI responses in your workspace; to communicate with you about your account; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Your connected knowledge
Knowledge you connect — documents, wikis, tickets, and similar sources — is processed solely to power your workspace's courses, answers, and presentations. It remains private to your workspace and is never used to train shared or third-party AI models. Administrators control which sources are connected and can disconnect them at any time.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate StudyBits under contractual confidentiality obligations, when required by law, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We require these providers to protect your information consistent with this policy.
Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and continuous monitoring. Enterprise customers can enable SSO, SCIM provisioning, audit logs, and data-residency controls.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can exercise these rights through your account settings or by contacting us. We respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
