Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of StudyBits. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent. If you don't agree, don't use StudyBits.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it. Workspace administrators are responsible for managing members and permissions within their organization.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse StudyBits. In particular, you will not:
- Upload content you don't have the right to use, or that infringes others' rights.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you're not authorized to access.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or overload the service.
- Use StudyBits to generate unlawful, harmful, or deceptive material.
Your content
You retain all rights to the content and knowledge you bring to StudyBits. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to your workspace. We don't claim ownership of your courses, prompts, or presentations.
AI output
StudyBits generates courses, answers, and presentations grounded in your connected knowledge. AI output may contain errors and should be reviewed before it's published or relied upon. You're responsible for how generated content is used within your organization.
Billing
Paid plans are billed per seat on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in your order. You can change or cancel your plan from billing settings; changes take effect at the next billing cycle unless noted otherwise.
Termination
You may stop using StudyBits at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. On termination, you can export your content for a limited period before it is deleted in the ordinary course.
Limitation of liability
StudyBits is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
