Go live

Invite your people and launch StudyBits.

Everything's set up — time to bring your people in.

Final checks

  • Identity connected and tested.
  • Roles assigned (or group mappings in place).
  • At least one connector finished indexing.
  • You verified permissions as a test learner.
  • Branding is set.

Invite your people

Two ways, depending on your setup:

  • With SSO / directory sync — your people can simply go to your StudyBits URL and Sign in with SSO. Anyone in a synced group already has the right role.
  • By email — from Settings → Members, invite people directly. Good for a pilot before you connect SSO.

Seed a little learning

Assign one course or program so day-one users have something to do, and so they discover the Assistant alongside it.

Announce it

Send your short internal note: what StudyBits is, how to sign in, and one thing to try (e.g., "Ask it about our PTO policy").

Soft-launch tip. Roll out to a single team first, gather a few questions and fixes, then open it to everyone. It's the fastest way to a confident launch.
