Set up your workspace

The five setup tasks that get StudyBits ready for your team.

Five tasks turn a new workspace into one your whole team can use. Do them in order — each builds on the last.

Access the admin console

Sign in and find Settings, where all admin configuration lives. → Access the admin console

Connect your identity provider

Let your people sign in with your existing SSO (Okta, Entra ID, Google, …). → Connect your identity provider

Sync your people

Auto-provision and de-provision users (and their roles) from your directory. → Sync your people

Add connectors

Connect the company sources the StudyBits Assistant should learn from. → Add connectors

Set roles & permissions

Decide who is admin / manager / author / learner — manually or by IdP group. → Roles & permissions

Optional but recommended: brand your workspace with your logo and colors before you launch.
