You're live. Here's how to keep momentum and run StudyBits well over time.

Drive adoption

  • Highlight quick wins — share a few great Assistant answers in your team channel ("Ask StudyBits about X").
  • Assign with purpose — tie courses to real moments (onboarding, a new policy, a launch).
  • Recognize progress — celebrate completions and certificates.

Watch the analytics

In Studio, keep an eye on:

  • Adoption — who's signed in and asking questions.
  • Learning — assigned vs. completed courses, by team.
  • Assistant usage — what people ask, and where answers come up short (a signal to connect another source).

Keep it healthy

  • Add connectors as more knowledge becomes relevant.
  • Review roles — confirm group mappings still match your org.
  • Check the audit log under Settings → Audit for access and admin activity.
  • Re-verify permissions whenever you connect a new source.
