Drive adoption
- Highlight quick wins — share a few great Assistant answers in your team channel ("Ask StudyBits about X").
- Assign with purpose — tie courses to real moments (onboarding, a new policy, a launch).
- Recognize progress — celebrate completions and certificates.
Watch the analytics
In Studio, keep an eye on:
- Adoption — who's signed in and asking questions.
- Learning — assigned vs. completed courses, by team.
- Assistant usage — what people ask, and where answers come up short (a signal to connect another source).
Keep it healthy
- Add connectors as more knowledge becomes relevant.
- Review roles — confirm group mappings still match your org.
- Check the audit log under Settings → Audit for access and admin activity.
- Re-verify permissions whenever you connect a new source.
